Hye all.. Been not active for the past few months.. job n study constraints I would say. =P Well, a friend of mine is selling out bungalow lots (land) @ Bukit Damar, Dengkil.. REAL FAST! To brief, it is a Tanah Rezab Melayu; which only Malay only can buy this lot. RM23/kps now RM25/kps! RM27/kps! (OMG.. cepatnya harga naik!).. The location is very strategic where you could see the PICC standing tall from the land.. (Been there once and love it!).. Cyberjaya is just around the corner.. meanwhile, a new development @ Dengkil is on its way.. Comparing to nearby lands e.g. Desa Pinggiran Putra & Kampung Limau, it is really cheap & affordable. (How I wish I am eligible to buy it!) A very good investment and for those who loves to stay at the ouskirt of a growing-fast-developed city, this location is highly recommended.
